I know, I know. Does the world really need another smoothie recipe? Yes, yes it does. Why? Because smoothies are so easy to make and can be whipped up in less than 5 minutes flat if you plan ahead. Not only that, but smoothies are cheap! I whirled this one in a blender I got on Craigslist for $20. Let’s get to the goodness.
Ingredients
- 1 whole coconut (or, get a bottle of coconut water and add a good tbsp of coconut butter)
- 1/2 cup frozen black raspberries
- 1 container of your favorite organic yogurt (I used Forager’s Blueberry Cashew Yogurt)
- 1 scoop collagen peptides (queen of gut healing!)
- 1 tsp cashew butter (can sub whole cashews, makes it extra thick and creamy)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
You know the drill. Blend on high until smooth and drink it down!
